Amazing staff, so caring and explained everything so well .. i really can't praise them enough.

Fantastic vets! When we moved from Clevedon to Weston we decided to move to companion care. Unfortunately since moving we have had a sudden death of our rabbit and a cat with cancer who unfortunately pulled through the first time but it came back with avengence! Every time we have been they have been kind, caring and very helpful and honest about the best care for our pets needs. When our beloved cat had to be put down they were so lovely, they took the stress away, told us not to worry about payment until we had had time to grieve and even sent us a sympathy card. For our other cat who has a skin condition they have done everything then can to keep it at bay whilst keeping the costs as low as possible for us. I couldn't fault them - its rare to find a vets now a days that actually cares and isn't just about making money. Thanks Bobby and all the team we will continue to use you and recommend your excellent service.

My dog was suffering and I had to phone the out of hours vets. They made the whole experience a lit easier even though it ended in the loss of her life. They assisted me with finances allowing me to pay what I could and agree to pay the rest later. Can't thank them enough...

They dealt with the loss of our beloved cat in a compassionate and professional manner. They were there when our family and pet desperately needed their help.
